These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at californiacoastplumbers.com and your participation in the text messaging program operated by California Coast Plumbers, Inc. ("California Coast Plumbers," "we," "us," or "our"), a C-36 licensed commercial plumbing contractor serving Southern California.

By using this website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or opt in to messaging.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it. Please read both.

SMS & Text Messaging Terms

Program name and sender

All text messages sent under this program come from California Coast Plumbers, Inc., 4075 E La Palma Ave #H, Anaheim, CA 92807. Messages originate from (714) 632-0170. We do not send messages on behalf of any other business, and we do not send messages to numbers obtained from any third party.

How you opt in

You are added to our messaging program only when you affirmatively provide your mobile number and give consent.

Promotional messages require your written opt-in — checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website. Service messages about work at your property may also be authorized when you give us your mobile number and agree to text updates while scheduling with us, or when you text us first.

These messages may be sent using an autodialer or other automated technology.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. You can request service, get a quote, or work with us without ever opting in to text messages.

Types of messages you will receive

If you opt in, you may receive both informational and promotional messages, including:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes
• Service updates and technician arrival notifications
• Estimates, invoices, and billing communications
• Replies to service requests, quote requests, or questions you send us
• Follow-up regarding work performed at your property
• Promotional messages, such as special offers, seasonal service reminders, and maintenance program promotions

Informational messages are tied to your account, your property, or an inquiry you submitted. Promotional messages are sent only to recipients who have opted in. You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with our services — for example, how many jobs are active at your property and where each job stands. There is no fixed number of messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider under your plan. California Coast Plumbers does not charge you for participating in this program. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (714) 632-0170 or emailing info@californiacoastplumbers.com.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from phone or email communication about active service, and it does not affect any work already scheduled.

Your information is not shared

Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy, rent, or use opt-in lists sourced from anyone else, and we do not operate affiliate marketing or lead-generation messaging on this program. All messages are sent by California Coast Plumbers to communicate with you directly about our services.

Carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify us so that we do not message the number's next owner.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to opt in. Please do not provide a mobile number that is not yours.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services, request service or a quote, and communicate with us. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Submit a phone number, email address, or property you are not authorized to provide

Service Requests & Estimates

Submitting a form on this website is a request for contact. It does not create a binding agreement for work, reserve a service window, or guarantee availability. A service relationship begins only when we confirm scheduling with you directly and, where applicable, you accept a written estimate or proposal.

For active emergencies, call (714) 632-0170 directly. Please do not use a website form or a text message to report an emergency — forms and messages are not monitored continuously and are not a substitute for a phone call.

Pricing discussed before a site visit is an estimate. Final scope and cost are established in a written estimate or proposal following an on-site assessment. That document and any signed service agreement govern the work and take precedence over anything on this website if the two conflict.

Other Communications

When you provide your contact information through this website, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email to respond to your inquiry and coordinate service. These service-related communications are separate from the SMS program described above and do not depend on your SMS opt-in status.
